Kiddie Capers parklands
Kiddie Capers Parklands is a 48-place term time setting that provides stimulating and enabling environments for children aged 2-5 years old. We are neighbouring our Hassocks nursery and have a large outdoor area which includes a newly furbished summerhouse and dedicated forest school area. We opened our doors in June 2024 and are excited to be out exploring Hassocks with the children, visiting the local parks, garden centre and shops!
We are based in the Hassocks Scout Headquarters and have dedicated areas for the children to learn and grow, our cosy home corner and arts and crafts area are just two areas that the children love to explore. When outdoors we love to plant and use different herbs in our mud kitchen and dig and build in our construction pit. Strong parent partnerships are key to us knowing each child individually, parents love to visit and read stories with the children and share photos of their weekends and time outside of nursery, enabling the children to grow in confidence and feel part of the inclusive setting.
Aligned with our dedication to quality education, we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Our experienced staff members create stimulating activities that cater to each child’s unique needs, promoting their holistic growth across various areas of development. By incorporating play-based learning, social interaction, and structured routines, we ensure that children receive a well-rounded educational experience.
