Our practitioners are selected following a rigorous recruitment process, during which we consider qualifications, experience and commitment. All practitioners have access to a wide range of training programs throughout the year, enabling them to continually build on their skills and knowledge, we pride ourselves on the high qualifications of our staff team and always exceed Ofsted’s requirements of at least 50% of staff members must hold a Level 2 qualification.
