Short courses, CPD and Apprenticeships

We have a range of online CPD courses via our online learning platform, run locally, both internally and externally. Our Roles

Nursery Manager

Our Nursery Managers lead our teams in their site. Ensuring every element of the nursery and preschool is running smoothly, the children are well cared for and the highest standards are being met.

Deputy Manager

Deputy Managers have their fingers in every pie! Deputising for all elements of the Manager’s role as well as ensuring the day to day operations of the nursery are ticking over.

Senior Practitioner

Sometimes known as a Room Leader or Team Leader. The Senior Practitioners run their own rooms or ages, leading the teams as well as contributing to the running of the site.

Nursery Practitioner

The core members of our team. Our qualified practitioners ensure the children are happy and cared for, taking on a number of children as their key       person.

Nursery Assistant

Our unqualified position, also including those on Apprenticeships. This role supports the running of the nursery and works closely with the Senior and Qualified Practitioners.
